While perusing Pinterest I spotted a great link which I promptly pinned. It was instructions for a DIY superhero and animal leaf mask. So today, while taking a long walk I collected half a dozen wide, fallen dry leaves and couldn’t wait to get home to start the little project. Here’s the link: https://babyccinokids.com/blog/2017/10/18/superhero-leaf-masks-fun-autumn-craft They suggest using markers, I used Posca paint markers and had so much fun. I didn’t want to stop adding more and more details. So obviously this made me think of a favorite craft book, Look What I Did With A Leaf, by Morteza E. Sohi. It was published in 1995, but at this time of year I always remember how special the leaf pictures are. Don’t take my word for it, go look it up online and see how many super creations have been made from this little book.
